A. Approval of Professional Services Agreement with Nationwide Retirement Solutions, Inc. for Deferred\nCompensation Plan Administrator Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Nationwide\nRetirement Solutions, Inc. (Nationwide) for deferred compensation plan administrator\nservices for a period of five years with two additional one-year renewal options.
