8. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO FS CONTRACTORS, INC. FOR MINOR CONCRETE REPAIR\nSERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council award a contract to FS Contractors,\nInc. for minor concrete repair services and authorize the City Manager to\nenter into an agreement in an amount not to exceed $65,000 annually, for an\ninitial contract term of three years with two optional one-year extensions, for\na total contract amount of $325,000.
