6.7 APPLE VALLEY CHOICE ENERGY - 2022\nPOWER CONTENT LABEL AND ATTESTATION\nProvide the attestation specified under California’s Power Source\nDisclosure (PSD) Program, which requires the governing council of a\npublic agency providing retail electric service to endorse the accuracy\nof each annual report and power content label, as submitted to the\nCalifornia Energy Commission, for the previous year. In the case of\nApple Valley Choice Energy (AVCE), such attestations will be based on\nthe California Choice Energy Authority’s (CalChoice) technical review\nand will address the 2022 Annual Reports and Power Content Labels\n(PCL) prepared for the AVCE Community Choice Aggregation (CCA)\nprogram.
