Amendment to Cooperative Agreement with San Manuel Band of Mission Indians\nand Inland Valley Development Agency for the 3rd Street/ 5th Street Corridors\nImprovement Project ( Protect No. str18001)\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve an Amendment to the Cooperative Agreement with San Manuel\nBand of Mission Indians ( Tribe) and Inland Valley Development Agency\nIVDA) regarding the 3rd Street/ 5th Street Corridors Improvement Project\nto document that the SB- 1 grant in the amount of $ 1. 7 million will be used\nas a match for the EDA grant and the City will not invoice this portion of the\nProject cost from the Tribe and IVDA; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Amendment.
