Retention on this project shall be disbursed in accordance with California\nContract Code.\nOn June 22, 2021, City council awarded Formal Bid No. 729-20 City Hall Renovation and\nModernization. This project was funded as part of a Lease Revenue Bond for Facility\nModernization and Beautification issued in 2018.
