PLANCK]:\nThe City Council will consider allocating a portion of\nthe Citywide parking meter revenues from December\n26-31, 2023 to the West Hollywood Homeless\nInitiative.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Authorize the Director of\nFinance and Technology Services to allocate 10\npercent of Citywide parking meter revenue collected\nbetween Dec. 26-31, 2023 to account 100-3-05-53-\n536035 (Homeless Prevention) for the purchase of\noutreach supplies; and 2) Direct the Human Services\nDivision to ensure those funds are used to purchase\nand distribute outreach supplies to the City's\ncontracted agencies serving those who are unhoused\nin West Hollywood.\nSTAFF REPORT
