FARRIS, P.\nPORTWOOD]:\nThe City Council will consider approval of an\nAgreement for Services with the existing Long Range\nPlanning bench consultant, Harris & Associates, to\nassist in developing and implementing mixed-use\nhousing policies in support of the 6th Cycle Housing\nElement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the Agreement\nfor Services with Harris & Associates for $175,373\nwith an expiration date of June 30, 2026; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to sign and\nexecute all documents related to this Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
