2.L. AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR\nSERVICES WITH ITERIS, INC. [S. CAMPBELL, J.\nGILMOUR, R. GARLAND]:\nThe City Council will consider amending the\nAgreement for Services with Iteris, Inc. for on-call\ntraffic engineering services to increase the not-to-\nexceed amount of the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No.\n1 to the Agreement for Services with Iteris, Inc. to\nincrease the amount of the agreement by $100,000\nfor a total not-to-exceed amount of $175,000; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Amendment.\nSTAFF REPORT
