GILMOUR, R.\nGARLAND]:\nThe City Council will consider approving the Notice of\nCompletion for the In-Roadway Warning Lights\n(IRWL) Improvements Project on Santa Monica\nBoulevard Between La Peer Drive and Poinsettia\nPlace by Baker Electric, Inc.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Accept the work and\nauthorize the following: a. File the Notice of\nCompletion by the City Clerk with the Los Angeles\nRecorder's Office, b. Issue the final payment to the\ncontractor at the end of the 35 day lien period, c.\nRelease of the Performance Bond on the date of\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion, and d.\nRelease of the Payment Bond 35 days after the date\nof recordation of the Notice of Completion, pending\nno receipt of Stop Notices from material suppliers or\nsubcontractors.\nSTAFF REPORT
