Parcel Map 2021-196 is ready for submission to the County\nRecorder's Office for final review (Applicant: Scott Anastasi, Scott\nAnastasi Realty).\nRecommendation:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-21 entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE\nCITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOS ALAMITOS, CALIFORNIA,\nAPPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 2021-196 FOR ACONDOMINIUM CONVERSION FOR AN EXISTING DUPLEX IN\nTHE LIVE WORK OVERLAY (R-2-LW0Z) ZONE AT 10800 & 10806\nREAGAN STREET, APN 242-183-03 (APPLICANT: SCOTT\nANASTASI, SCOTT ANASTASI REALTY)”; and,\n2.
