GILMOUR]:\nThe City Council will consider amending the\nAgreement for services with Project Partners, Inc. for\nprofessional services to increase the not-to-exceed\namount of the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No.\n2 to the Agreement for services with Project\nPartners, Inc., to increase the amount of the\nagreement by $120,000 for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $195,000; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident\nto the Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
