6. Approval of Tract Map No. 38200 for Rancho Descanso, 413 - 442\nAcceptance of Dedications for Street and Utility Purposes,\nAcceptance of Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Related\nSecurity\nJilleen Ferris, City Engineer\nRecommendation:\n1) Find that Tract Map No. 38200 is in substantial conformance with the\npreviously approved tentative map;\n2) Approve Tract Map No. 38200 in accordance with the Conditions of\nApproval;\n3) Accept the dedications as offered on the map for street and public\nutility purposes;\n4) Accept the Subdivision Improvement Agreement, Performance Bond\nand Labor and Materials Bond, any substantive changes shall be\napproved by the City Manager and the City Attorney;\n5) Authorize the City Clerk and City Engineer to sign the map\nevidencing the City Council’s approval; and\n6) Authorize staff to process and file the map and subdivision\nimprovement agreement with the County Recorder’s Office.\nStaff Report - SR-23-215 - Pdf
