H. Consideration and possible action to approve construction for the Retaining\nWall Repairs at 3001 Crest Road Project. (Wieske)\nRecommendation: (1) Approve the plans, specifications, and construction\ndocuments for the Retaining Wall Repairs at 3001 Crest Road Project; (2)\nApprove an additional appropriation of $250,000, from the City’s Capital\nImprovement Fund for the Retaining Wall Repairs at 3001 Crest Road Project;\n(3) Award a construction contract for the Retaining Wall Repairs at 3001 Crest\nRoad Project to Ace Capital Engineering, in the amount of $398,820, with a\ncontingency of 10% or $39,882, for a total amount of $438,702; and (4)\nAuthorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the construction contract, in a\nform approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
