D. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Kosmont Financial Services (KFS) for\nmunicipal advisory and financial consulting services. (Ramos)\nRecommendation: (1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the original Professional\nServices Agreement with KFS in the amount of $50,000, thereby increasing\nthe agreement amount from $25,000 to $75,000 for a one-year term\nconcluding on June 29, 2024; and, (2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to\nexecute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
