FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 FOURTH QUARTER PRELIMINARY FINANCIAL\nREVIEW, TREASURER’S REPORT, REVENUE, EXPENDITURE AND CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROJECT SUMMARY REPORTS\nThe City Council is provided with an update of revenue and expenditure information\nof the City’s overall financial condition. The quarterly reports also identify\nadjustments needed to align the City’s revenue resources with the cost of providing\nservices.\nPresenter: Administrative Services Director\nRecommendation:\n1. Receive the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 (FY22-23) Fourth (4th) Quarter Preliminary\nFinancial Review and related reports; and\n2. Approve and authorize staff to revise revenue and expenditure budget\nestimates as indicated in Attachment “A.”
