RESOLUTION NO. 23-56 – BUDGET AMENDMENT AND APPROVAL FOR PUBLIC SERVICES\nUTILITIES DIVISION PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING STAFF AUGMENTATION SERVICES\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. adopt Resolution No. 23-56, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nNORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2023/24 ADOPTED\nBUDGET TO APPROPRIATE AVAILABLE ENTERPRISE AND GENERAL FUNDS FOR\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING STAFF\nAUGMENTATION SERVICES, in the amount of $75,000; and\nb. approve an agreement with W. G. Zimmerman Engineering, Inc.to provide On-Call Professional\nEngineering and Staff Augmentation Services for an initial amount not-to-exceed $75,000, for\nFiscal Year 2023-24, with an initial contract term of three years with the option to extend for two,\none-year extensions, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, provided there is\navailable funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
