SECOND READING AND ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 22-1068,\nESTABLISHMENT OF AN EXPEDITED, NON-DISCRETIONARY MULTI-FAMILY\nREVIEW PROCESS AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 22-5639, A\nLIBRARY OF PROTOYPE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS FOR MULTI-FAMILY\nPROJECTS IN THE R-2 ZONE\nThe City Council is requested to adopt Ordinance No. 22-1068 establishing an\nexpedited, non-discretionary multi-family review process and Resolution 22-5639\nestablishing a library of prototype architectural designs for multi-family projects in\nthe R-2 Zone.\nRecommendation:\n1. Find Ordinance No. 22-1068 exempt from CEQA per Sections 15305\nand15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines;\n2. Waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 22-1068 (Attachment “A”)\nestablishing an expedited, non-discretionary multi-family review process; and\n3. Adopt Resolution 22-5639 (Attachment “B”) establishing a library of prototype\narchitectural designs for multi-family projects in the R-2 Zone.
