G. AWARD CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT TO ALL AMERICAN ASPHALT\nFOR MISSION BOULEVARD AND PYRITE STREET IMPROVEMENTS, CIP\n21113\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve and award a construction\nagreement to All American Asphalt in the amount of $4,326,782 for the Mission\nBoulevard and Pyrite Street Improvement Project, for the work included in its\nbid proposal and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in the\nform attached to the staff report; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent related minor\namendments to the Agreement with All American Asphalt, up to 10% as\ncontingency to cover the cost of any unforeseen conditions; and\n3. Re-appropriate $2,500,000 of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds from\nthe City’s 2023-2024 Pavement Rehabilitation (ARPA) Project, CIP No.\n23111, to the Project Account.
