(10) Pavement Maintenance Workshop FY 2023-24; Finding the Action is Not a\nProject Subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”).\n(Development Services – Engineering)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve neighborhood Zones CI, BG, AE, Magnolia Avenue and Mission Gorge\nRoad to be resurfaced using available funding to be programmed into the biennial\n2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program; and\n2. Provide direction on streets/residential zones listed above to resurface utilizing\nthe remaining General Funds totaling $2,108,924.00 and ARPA funds totaling\n$1,000,000.00.\n3.
