6K. EQUIPMENT LEASE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH C3\nTECHNOLOGY SERVICES FOR OFFICE COPIERS AND MANAGED PRINT\nSERVICES\nThe City Council will consider entering into an Equipment Lease Agreement and\nProfessional Services Agreement with C3 Technology Services (C3 Tech) for office\ncopiers and managed print services. These two agreements will allow the City to\nupgrade to new multi-function printing devices that will meet the needs of City staff at a\ncost savings to the City.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare that this item is not subject to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3); and\n2. Approve the Equipment Lease Agreement for a five-year term and authorize the City\nManager to execute said Agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney; and\n3. Approve the Maintenance Agreement for a five-year term and authorize the City\nManager to execute said Agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nEND OF CONSENT CALENDAR
