(Applicant: PR Partners, LLC) The Second\nReading of Proposed Ordinance Number 1433 is entitled: AN\nORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PERRIS,\nCOUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA APPROVING\nSPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT 19-05287 TO THE PERRIS VALLEY\nCOMMERCE CENTER SPECIFIC PLAN (PVCCSP) TO CHANGE\nTHE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF APPROXIMATELY 13.6 ACRES\nFROM COMMERCIAL (C) TO LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (LI) TO\nFACILITATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 304,572 SQUARE FOOT\nNON-REFRIGERATED INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE BUILDING,\nLOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF RAMONA\nEXPRESSWAY INDIAN AVENUE AND MAKING FINDINGS IN\nSUPPORT THEREOF.
