Approve the Amended and Restated Legal Services Agreement\nwith Cole Huber LLP for City Attorney Services, retroactively\neffective to the beginning of Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 (July 1,\n2023);\n2. Authorize and direct the City Manager to execute the Agreement\nalong with any necessary documents to effectuate the purposes\nof this Resolution; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to utilize the funds\nalready budgeted in Fund (691) City Attorney.
