7) Agreement with Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning for Citywide Facilities\nRepairs & Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Contractor\nServices with Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning for Citywide Facilities Repairs and\nServices in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00 per Fiscal Year for a term of three (3)\nyears in such final form approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager\nto execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $2,500.00 for\nunanticipated costs.
