6) Agreement with Southwest Ice Machine for Citywide Facilities Ice Machine\nRepairs and Services\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement for Contractor Services\nwith Southwest Ice Machine for Citywide Facilities Ice Machine Repairs and Services in\nan amount not to exceed $15,000.00 per Fiscal Year for a term of three (3) years in\nsuch final form approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute\nchange orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $1,500.00 for unanticipated costs.
