8) Agreement with Hazzard Backflow, Inc. for Citywide Parks, Facilities, and LLMD’s\nTesting and Repairs\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Contractor\nServices with Hazzard Backflow, Inc. for Citywide Parks, Facilities, and LLMD’s Testing\nand Repairs in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00 per Fiscal Year for a term of three\n(3) years in such final form approved by the City Attorney and authorize the City\nManager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency of $3,000.00 for\nunanticipated costs.
