Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Chief of Police that City Council:\n1) Approve the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) grant\nagreement; and\n2) Appropriate funds to a newly created Grant Project in the amount of $150,000; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager as the City's signatory for the agreement.
