APPROVE AMENDMENTS FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE TO\nCONTINUE SERVICE\nRecommendation: Approve amended agreements for landscape\nmaintenance services through mid-November 2023:\n1) Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Finley’s Tree and Landcare,\nInc. (Finley’s) increasing the contract amount by $204,400 to a total\ncontract amount of $407,400; 2) Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nwith American Arbor Care increasing the contract amount by $109,200 to\na total contract amount of $181,200; 3) Amendment No. 1 to the\nAgreement with Travers Tree Service increasing the contract amount by\n$72,800 to a total contract amount of $120,800; 4) Amendment No. 2 to\nthe Agreement with Bennett Landscape increasing the contract amount\nby $57,750 to a total contract amount of $82,750.\nStaff Report
