A. Adoption of a Resolution Amending Preferential Parking Zones QQ and YY\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) and a\nfinding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.\n2. Amend Preferential Parking Zone QQ for the following block:\nHarvard Street between Washington Avenue and Wilshire Boulevard by changing the\nregulations from 2-hour parking 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday, except by permit to 2-hour\nparking 9AM-10PM daily, except by permit.\n3. Amend Preferential Parking Zone YY for the following three blocks:\nPrinceton, Harvard, and Yale streets between Arizona Avenue and Wilshire Boulevard by\nchanging the regulations from 2-hour parking 9AM-10PM daily, except by permit to 2-\nhour parking 9AM-6PM, No parking 6PM-9AM daily, except by permit.\n4.
