B. Award Purchase Order to Toyota Material Handling Solutions for the Purchase and Delivery of Six\nForklifts\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15302 (Replacement or\nReconstruction) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines.\n2. Authorize the Procurement Manager to issue a purchase order with Toyota Material\nHandling Solutions for the purchase of six electric Toyota Forklifts for the Public Works\nDepartment.
