G. Approval of Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with AMCAL Multi-Housing, Inc. and Gen-Land, LLC\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute an Exclusive\nNegotiating Agreement with AMCAL Multi-Housing, Inc. and Gen-Land, LLC, for the\ndevelopment of affordable and market housing on the assemblage site which includes\nCity-owned parcels located adjacent to Expo Terminus Station.\n2.
