H. Award Purchase Order with Badger Meter, Inc. to Furnish and Deliver Water Meters\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to Section 15302 (Replacement or\nReconstruction) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.\n2. Authorize the Procurement Manager to issue a purchase order with Badger Meter, Inc.\nfor the purchase of positive-displacement water meters for the Water Resources Division\nof the Public Works Department.
