(8) Public Hearing for Tentative Map TM-2023-0001, Development Review Permit\nDR-2023-0001 and Density Bonus DB-2023-0001 for a Multifamily Residential\nDevelopment Consisting of 17 Units and Related Site Improvements on a 0.65-\nAcre Lot Located at 8932 1st Street (APN 384-106-16) in the Town Center\nSpecific Plan Area with a High Density Residential (R-22) Land Use Designation\nand Finding the Project Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) Pursuant to the Class 32 Infill Exemption. (Applicant: San Diego\nHabitat for Humanity, Inc.). (Planning and Building Department – Sawa)\nRecommendation:\n1. Conduct and close the Public Hearing; and\n2. Find that Tentative Map TM-2023-0001, Development Review Permit DR-2023-\n0001 and Density Bonus DB-2023-0001 will not have a significant effect on the\nenvironment; approve the Notice of Exemption prepared in accordance with\nCEQA; authorize a filing of the Notice of Exemption; and\n3. Adopt the Resolution approving Tentative Map TM-2023-0001; and\n4.
