Rimas to the Human Rights Commission, effective\nimmediately, to a term expiring on June 30, 2026.\n2. Accept the resignation of Donna Shepherd from the Human Rights\nCommission effective immediately.\n3. Appoint Rick Minjares, Engineering Associate, to the Coachella Valley\nConservation Commission Trails Management Subcommittee.
