R. APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT NO. A8993 WITH\nIMPRENTA COMMUICATIONS GROUP, INC., FOR ON-CALL SPANISH\nLANGUAGE DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement A8993 with Imprenta\nCommunications Group, Inc., to provide on-call Spanish language digital\nmarketing services in an additional amount of $20,000 for a total revised\ncontract amount not to exceed $95,000, and extend the term through\nDecember 31, 2023.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary\ndocuments.
