APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO CONTRACT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH WISE EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY DBA OAKSTERDAM\nUNIVERSITY, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, TO PROVIDE WORKFORCE\nAND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT FOR THE CANNABIS EQUITY PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 3 to Contract Services Agreement No. A9029 with\nOaksterdam University to provide workforce and business development for\nthe Cannabis Social Equity program to a maximum contract amount of\n$86,227.50.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
