APPROVE THIRD AMENDMENT TO DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT\nAGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES\nCORPORATION FOR THE MONARCH PROJECT LOCATED AT 3290 N\nINDIAN CANYON DRIVE, A 60-UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT IN\nTHE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve a Third Amendment to the Disposition and Development\nAgreement with Monarch PS, LP to increase the loan amount by\n$2,200,000.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Third Amendment to the\nDisposition and Development Agreement, and other necessary documents\nas needed.
