Approve Cooperative Subscription Agreement No. 23C214 with Insight\nPublic Sector, Inc. for 2 years, not to exceed $99,750 to implement Flock\nSafety fixed Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) technology.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement.
