CITY OF LA VERNE INVESTMENT POLICY FOR PUBLIC FUNDS - To ensure the\nguidelines for investment of temporary idle cash is managed consistently with the California\nGovernment Code and the conservative investment philosophy of the City Council, to\nmaximize investment while safeguarding the assets of the City, the Investment Policy has\nbeen reviewed and updated.\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 23-67, titled, “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA VERNE, COUNTY OF LOS\nANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING OF THE CITY’S INVESTMENT POLICY\nFOR PUBLIC FUNDS.”
