NICK'S CHRISTMAS\nLIGHTING AND DÉCOR TO PROVIDE HOLIDAY\nDECORATING SERVICES TO THE CITY OF CARSON\n(CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. AWARD and APPROVE the proposed Contract Services\nAgreement with T&G Global LLC dba St. Nick's Christmas\nLighting and D�cor for a not-to-exceed contract sum of\n$473,682.00 over the initial three (3) year term (Exhibit No. 5;\n"Agreement"); and\n2.
