HAMANT]:\nThe City Council will consider approving the\naward of an Agreement to Turner & Townsend\nHeery, LLC to provide on-call construction\nmanagement services for the City’s Capital\nImprovement Program.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an\nAgreement with Turner & Townsend Heery,\nLLC to provide on-call construction\nmanagement services for the City's Capital\nImprovement Program for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $500,000; and 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Amendment.\nSTAFF REPORT
