2.J. AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE AGREEMENT\nFOR SERVICES WITH AESCO, INC. [S.\nCAMPBELL, J. GILMOUR]:\nThe City Council will consider amending the\nAgreement for services with AESCO, Inc. for\non-call public works inspections services to\nincrease the not-to-exceed amount of the\nAgreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve\nAmendment No. 5 to the Agreement for\nservices with AESCO, Inc., to increase the\namount of the agreement by $50,000 for a\ntotal not-to-exceed amount of $320,000; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute documents incident to the agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
