TSIPIS]:\nThe City Council will consider approving an\nExclusive Negotiation Agreement with Plenary\nBroadband Infrastructure WH LLC to perform\nmarket analyses, feasibility level design, and\nnegotiate the terms for the Public-Private\nPartnership to develop a fiber network to\nimprove broadband services citywide.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an\nExclusive Negotiations Agreement with\nPlenary Broadband Infrastructure WH LLC.,\nfor a total not-to-exceed amount of $350,000\nto negotiate a Public-Private Partnership to\nimprove broadband services citywide; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute documents incident to the Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
