2.I. APPROVE AGREEMENTS FOR SERVICES\nTO DEVELOP AN INCLUSIVE STRATEGIC\nPLAN FOR THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD [D. WILSON, C. SAFRIET, P.\nKESPRADIT]:\nThe City Council will consider approving\nAgreements for Services with M. Arthur\nGensler Jr & Associates (Gensler), Designing\nin Color (DCo), and Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin,\nMetz (FM3) to develop an inclusive Strategic\nPlan for the City of West Hollywood.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an\nAgreement for Services with M. Arthur Gensler\nJr & Associates (Gensler) in an amount not to\nexceed $225,000 for development of the City's\nStrategic Plan; 2) Approve an Agreement for\nServices with Designing in Color (DCo) in an\namount not to exceed $130,290 for diversity,\nequity, inclusion, and accessibility consulting\nservices; 3) Approve an Agreement for\nServices with Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz\n(FM3) in an amount not to exceed $49,100 for\nsurvey-based research; and 4) Authorize the\nCity Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the agreements.\nSTAFF REPORT
