6.D. CO-SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT WITH\nHOLLYWOOD NOW FOR THE\nTRANSVAGINA DIARIES [J. ERICKSON, Y.\nQUARKER, J. DEL TORO, M. MÁRQUEZ]:\nThe City Council will consider approving a Co-\nSponsorship Agreement with Hollywood NOW\nfor the production of the Transvagina Diaries\nat the West Hollywood City Council Chambers\non November 11 and 12, 2023.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Co-\nSponsorship Agreement with Hollywood NOW\nfor the production of the TransVagina Diaries\non November 11 and 12, 2023; 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager to execute documents\nincident to the co-sponsorship Agreement; 3)\nAuthorize the use of the City name and logo\non invitations, programs, and other collateral\nmaterials for the event; 4) Direct the\nCommunications Department to utilize all\nappropriate communications tools to promote\nthe event, including, but not limited to, the\nCity's website and social media tools; 5)\nWaive the Facility Use Fee for the City\nCouncil Chambers for the two production\ndays, as well as other three rehearsal days in\nthe Council Chambers, and other Facility Use\nFees for four rehearsal days in Plummer Park\nCommunity Rooms, and any other ancillary\npermits that may be required for the event\n(estimated $1,320 in waived fees); 6) Waive\nparking fees at the 5-story parking lot for\nattendees of the event on both production\ndays, and during the dress rehearsal days\n(estimated $1,560 in waived fees); and 7)\nAuthorize the Director of Finance &\nTechnology Services to allocate $10,000 from\nbudgeted funds in the Special Council\nPrograms account number 100-1-01-00-\n531001 for costs associated with the event.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 6.D. - ATTACHMENT A
