J. AWARD CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. A9391 WITH MEAD & HUNT, INC.\nFOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE PALM SPRINGS\nINTERNATIONAL AIRPORT COMPREHENSIVE AIRPORT MASTER PLAN\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve contract services agreement No. 9391 with Mead & Hunt, Inc. to provide a\ncomprehensive Airport Master Plan in 30 months in an amount not to exceed\n$2,275,816.\n2. Appropriate funds in the amount of $2,275,816 from Airport Capital Project Fund\nBalance in Fiscal Year 2023.\n3. Authorize the Interim City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
