EHEMANN, J.\nTRIBBLE]:\nThe City Council will consider approving a Co-\nSponsorship of the City’s Winter Sounds, a\nfree indoor concert series, to take place at\nThe Sun Rose performance venue, located\ninside of the Pendry Hotel at 8430 Sunset\nBoulevard on January 27, 2024, February 10,\n2024, and February 24, 2024 from 7:00pm -\n8:30pm.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the Co-\nSponsorship of Winter Sounds, a free indoor\nconcert series, to take place at The Sun Rose\nperformance venue, located inside of the\nPendry Hotel at 8430 Sunset Boulevard, on\nJanuary 27, 2024, February 10, 2024, and\nFebruary 24, 2024 from 7:00pm - 8:30pm.; 2)\nAuthorize the use of the City name and logo\non invitations, programs, and other collateral\nmaterials for the event; 3) Direct the\nCommunications Department to utilize all\nappropriate communication tools to promote\nthe events including, but not limited to, the\nCity's website, a press release, and social\nmedia tools; and 4) Authorize the City\nManager to sign any necessary documents for\nthe co-sponsorship.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 6.B. - ATTACHMENT A
