Potential Reschedule and/or Cancelation of Upcoming City Council Meetings\nRecommendation: that the City Council 1.) discuss if the City Council wishes to cancel\nthe meeting on Monday, November 20, 2023; 2.) Cancel the City Council meetings on\nMonday, January 1, 2024, and Monday, January 15, 2024, and reschedule a City Council\nmeeting to Tuesday, January 16, 2024; and 3.) Cancel the City Council meeting on\nMonday, February 19, 2024; or 4.) Provide staff with other direction.
