Declare all items on the Surplus City-Owned Vehicles and Equipment as surplus; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to dispose of surplus City-owned vehicles and equipment,\nincluding radios and other technology, in accordance with Chapter 2, Article VI, Division\n7, of the City of San Fernando Municipal Code.
