The City Manager to accept and administer the FY 2023/24 California Office\nof Traffic Safety (OTS) Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) grant;\nand\n2. The Agency Director of Administrative Services to amend the FY 2023/24\nAdopted Budget by $567,000 in both revenue and expenditures.
