19. Acceptance of FY 2023 Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant p. 407\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino\nCalifornia, adopt Resolution No. 2023-154, authorizing:\n1. The City Manager to accept the 2023 Edward Byrne Justice Assistance\nGrant; and\n2. The Agency Director of Administrative Services to amend the FY 2023/24\nAdopted Budget by $230,081 in both revenue and expenditures.
